Returns and Exchange

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. Items can be exchanged with the same item and colour to the different size ONLY. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, unworn condition and with tagging, return & exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 3 days of receipt. All the shipping cost incurred for the return & exchange will be borne by the customer.

Sale and Discounted Item

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or promo price are non-returnable and non-refundable.


We do not provide refunds.

However, customers are advised to notify us at or WhatsApp message our Customer Service Support by quoting the order number and the product details.
